At Sunrise Wholesale, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before processing begins.
